SHIPPING POLICY

Obsession Diamonds offers express shipping on every order. Each shipment is securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped using only the most reputable and reliable courier services.

 

Shipping Cost:

Under $2,000 FedEx USA $25.00

$2000 to $10,000 FedEx USA $50.00

$10,000 to $20,000 FedEx USA $80.00

Over $20,000 FedEx USA $125.00

 

 

Shipments are sent via FedEx®. We also offer several convenient specialty services, including expedited shipping, shipment of gifts to an alternate address, and holding a package for pick-up at a FedEx® location.

 

Signature Required

To protect the security of your shipment, we require an adult signature at the time of delivery, regardless of any waivers you may have with the courier. Our double-boxed packages are fully insured until delivery at the shipping address. Additionally, to ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, an e-mail message will be sent notifying you that it has been shipped.

 

Shipping to an Alternate Address

Obsession Diamonds understands that there may be times when you are unavailable to receive a package at home, or you might want to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient. In such cases, simply contact your credit card or bank institution to add the alternative shipping address to your account. This security precaution protects our customers from fraudulent activity and will expedite the shipping process.

 

Hold at Location Option

If you prefer, we can arrange to hold your package at a local FedEx® location to be picked up at your convenience. For your protection, signature and proof of identity are required to pick up your held shipment. If you would like to have your package sent to a FedEx® location, or to locate the FedEx® facility closest to you, contact us at 973-256-1166.

 

Shipping to non US Address

International orders are sent via FedEx International Priority®. Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to all customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the country of import. 

 

P.O. Box Addresses

We require that a physical address is provided for every order placed, and do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

 

Packaging of Diamonds and Fine Jewelry

Every item shipped from Obsession Diamonds will be presented in our stunning packaging accompanied with all related documents, including the appraisal and diamond certificate (if applicable). RETURN POLICY

30-Days Return

 

Obsession Diamonds believes in complete customer satisfaction which is why we offer our valued customers a 30-day return policy. Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase and allows you to get up-close and personally with our product so that you are sure that you have made the right choice. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return or exchange your item within 30 days from receival of merchandise in it's original condition. Items that fall into the following criteria are not refundable: 

• Product was deemed as a "Special Order"

• Product shows signs of wear

• Product was altered in any way including;
1. Sizing
2. Engraving (of any kind, including milgrain)
3. Rhodium or polishing.


Obsession Diamonds offers free shipping to you anywhere within the United States. However, if for any reason you decide to return or exchange your item Obsession Diamonds is not responsible for any fees or costs incurred upon returning your purchase. In addition, there is a 3% restocking fee that is rendered at the time of return or exchange, unless other arrangements were previously made. 

It is our duty to service you in the best way possible. It is for this reason that we insist on you following these directions when shipping your item back to Obsession Diamonds. 

1. Call us at 973-256-1166 to obtain your Return Authorization Code in addition to informing us that your item will be returned. Due to the volume of packages coming in and going out everyday there is no guarantee that your return will be credited to your account unless you call and obtain your Return Authorization Code.

2. Package your return. Go to your local Post Office or Carrier and see what method of shipping is most convenient for you. Remember to have the package insured for the full amount of your purchase. All materials that were initially sent must be returned as well. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security purposes do not write Obsession Diamonds anywhere on the outside of the box. 


3. Insuring you package. As stated above, every return must be insured for its full purchase price. Additionally, do not disclose the content of the package. ObsessionDiamonds is not and will not be held responsible for loss or damage of merchandise. 

4. Address: Your package is to be sent to the address provided on the Return Shipping Label.
