Are all your items listed online?


As manufacturers, we have many items not available online. If you can't find a particular style, please contact us and we'll help locate the exact style and e-mail a picture for your review.




Can you customize a product?


We manufacture all items listed on our site. Many of our items are customizable. Please call us for details.




Can you resize my ring?


We will gladly resize your ring at no charge for the first 30 days.




Where are your Diamonds Sourced? Are they conflict free?


Our diamond suppliers guarantee that our diamonds are compliant with the Kimberley Process and are conflict-free. Learn more about the Kimberley Process at www.kimberleyprocess.com.




How do I make sure I order the correct size?


We strongly recommend that you know your size prior to ordering. You can purchase one of our Ring Sizing Gauges to size yourself at home or check out our Jewelry Sizing Chart for instructions on how to accurately measure yourself properly. We do offer ring resizing services through this page in case things aren't fitting quite right. Please note that eternity bands cannot be resized.




Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?


Our fine jewelry sales are final and cannot be cancelled or changed. If you need to make a change to the shipping address before your order is fulfilled, please at emmit@obsessiondiamonds.com with the subject “Address Change” and your order number.
